Booking Procedure
A Booking Form will
be sent to you via electronic mail (e-mail) in Adobe
Portable Document Format (PDF) and will show:
Booking Form reference,
The course codes,
Course date(s),
Quoted discounts,
Guide to the overall costs.
To confirm the booking, return via e-mail:
Written (within the e-mail) confirmation,
A postal and an e-mail address of your accounts department,
A Purchase Order (or similar).
Payment
Terms
Please note that QT&C Ltd
operates an electronic accounting process and will
generate invoices in PDF for electronic transfer to
Accounts Payable departments.
All quotes for courses or any other work are exclusive
of VAT,
Unless by prior arrangement with QT&C Ltd, payment
terms are as follows:
Full payment is to be made 14 calendar days prior
to the commencement of a course. By arrangement with
QT&C Ltd, part payment (50%) may made 14 calendar
days prior to commencement of a course and the balance
(50%) to be made within 30 calendar days.
Late payment of an invoice without prior arrangement
WILL generate a charge equivalent to any discount
offered by QT&C Ltd; or interest at 2% above the
base rate.
Payment can be made by BACS or Cheque the full
details for which will be on the invoice or contact
accounts@qtandc.co.uk
Joining
Instructions
Joining instruction
will be sent, usually via e-mail, prior to the commencement
of the course. Unless otherwise stated all courses
exclude accommodation but will include lunch and refreshments.
Course
Changes
QT&C Ltd does
reserve the right to change course materials and formats.
This will usually only be done when:
There is a major syllabus change issued by examination
bodies.
We reserve the right to change the date, location
or cancel a course. This will usually only be done
when:
Unforeseen circumstances have forced a change;
or
When there is a lack of delegate numbers on a course.
QT&C Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to
avoid any changes and will ensure that delegates are
kept informed at all times should such changes be
necessary.
Cancellations
made by Delegates
Cancellations are
to be made in writing (an e-mail is acceptable)
6 weeks prior to a course – a 100% refund
of payment received
4 weeks prior to a course – a 50% refund of
payment received or a charge of 50% of the invoice
value
2 weeks prior to a course – a 0% refund of payment
received or a charge equivalent to 100% of the invoice
value
Cancellations made in regard to a delegate’s
attendance on a formal examination will be subject
that Examination Bodies terms and conditions.
BCS-ISEB – Full payment will be required
if examinations are cancelled one week (or less) from
the date of the exam.
Conduct
Conduct, attitude and character of delegates will
remain the responsibility of the delegates’
parent organisation.
It is expected that at all times delegates will
respect the aims and objectives of their fellow delegates
and those of the designated trainer.
QT&C Ltd has a duty to ensure that its employees
are kept free from abuse, both physical and mental,
and to that end the company adopts a zero tolerance
policy with regard to poor conduct on course. Delegates
will be liable to immediate removal from a course,
without refund or when required a demand made by QT&C
Ltd to recovery payments due.
QT&C Ltd training staff will act as the first
point of contact for all delegates whilst on course.
Confidentiality
and Copyright
The purchaser
and delegate will not:
Disclose or provide or make available to any person
other than the purchaser or QT&C Ltd or remove
from QT&C Ltd’s premises or any other training
venue any material belonging to QT&C Ltd or copies
thereof acquired as a result of receiving QT&C
Ltd training without prior written consent by QT&C
Ltd.
The copyright and all other intellectual property
rights in all course material shall remain the sole
and exclusive property of QT&C Ltd unless indicated
otherwise.
You undertake that you will not copy or permit the
photocopying of materials nor disclose or permit the
disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties
nor use the same for running your own courses.
Data
Protection Notice

fully aware of its obligations under the Data Protection
Act of 1998 and a full privacy

to view.
